The Buckingham Customizable Self-Propelled Transporter uses the Buckingham Power Dolly System with SmartSteer® to adapt to the specifications of any heavy haul, overwide, or overweight project.
The Transporter can be easily customized by adding dollies or changing beam sizes for different shapes and capabilities. With the SmartSteer® system, the Dollies communicate electronically and steer effortlessly in several different steering modes. The Buckingham Dollies with SmartSteer® are the first in the rigging industry to steer as accurately when moving backward as when moving forward. Configuring the Transporter for a Dual Lane layout adds the benefit of spreading the weight out over two lanes and gaining significant weight capability for permitting and heavy haul obstacles like bridges and overpasses. |
